LOGIC AND ACCURACY TESTING PUBLIC NOTICE

 

Notice is hereby given that the preparation and testing of voting system components to be used in the 17 June 2025 Special Election will begin on Tues, 13 May 2025, at 9:00 a.m., or after the scheduled date upon receipt of the database. The testing will occur at the Echols County Elections office located at 110 Highway 94 E in Statenville. Preparation and testing will continue from day to day until complete, and representatives of political parties and bodies, news media, and the public are permitted to observe such tests. EARLY VOTING NOTICE – 17 JUNE 2025 SPECIAL ELECTION

Early Voting Days/Hours:

Tue – Fri              27 May – 30 May 2025            9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Sat                       31 May 2025                            9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Mon – Fri             2 June – 6 June 2025              9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Sat                       7 June 2025                             9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Mon – Fri             9 June – 13 June 2025             9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

 

If you wish to vote by mail, you may submit an online application at https://securemyabsenteeballot.sos.ga.gov, or call, email, or fax a request to have an absentee ballot application mailed to you.

 

The LAST day we can accept an absentee by mail ballot application and mail absentee ballots to voters is Friday, 6 June 2025.

 

A drop box has been provided in the Elections office lobby to return mail ballots in person, you can also drop them off at the office front counter or return them in the mail.

 

On the LAST DAY TO VOTE, Tuesday, 17 June 2025, you may vote in your assigned precinct from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m.  You can find your assigned precinct at: https://mvp.sos.ga.gov, refer to your precinct card, or contact the Elections office.
